1.Presto Ads and Host Locations reserve the right to cancel your ad at any time for any given reasonable grounds with or without notice. The money for the remaining time of the campaign will be returned to you. We will not be responsible for any harm you the advertiser might have due to your ad cancellation.
2.You the advertiser can cancel your ad campaign at any time. In such cases your ad would be removed from the display(s), and the made payment for the entire campaign will be non-refundable.
3.Displays at host locations may break down or malfunction. It could take up to 10 business days to get the display fixed or replaced. These business days will be credited toward your existing campaign or a discount will be applied as determined by Presto Ads.
4.We will not be responsible for any harm you the advertiser might have due to a display breaking down or malfunctioning.
5.We will not be responsible for any harm you the advertiser might have due to a display not being turned on by host location when according to the host location Terms of Use the display must be turned on.
PAYMENT
All ad campaigns need to be prepaid in full before they can be uploaded to a TV(s) on a host location(s).
